Return Policy

All prints and products are made to order. Because of this, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Returns or refund requests related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact me and include photos of the item and packaging. I will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, I will cover the cost of return shipping when a return is required.

If a return is approved for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In some cases, a return may not be necessary and I may ask for photos of the item and packaging instead.

Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
